Search for the Needle Drone Specialist: Bonuses and How to Use It
Drone Specialist gives you a Drone collecting hay for you while you use the class, so you can benefit from it without buying the ordinary tool first. Its bonuses improve the Drone's flight and carrying capacity, with an occasional three-Drone work swarm adding more collection help.

The speed and capacity bonuses apply to the Drone. They do not increase your own movement speed or the size of your bag.
How to use your Drone
Have Drone Specialist active before relying on these bonuses. Let the Drone fly around and collect hay while you keep clearing the haystack with your own tools. Its collection runs alongside your work, so you can continue making progress while it helps.
When upgrading the Drone, look for Speed, Grasp and Capacity. Improving the Drone lets it collect more for you. Check the available upgrade options as you build up the resources to spend on it.
Treat the swarm as an occasional bonus. Its trigger and timing are unclear, so keep collecting instead of waiting to summon it for a particular part of the haystack.
How to get Drone Specialist
Go to the Classes station in the lobby and spend 40 Gems on a spin. Drone Specialist has a 1% roll chance: your Gems pay for a random class result, so the spin may give you a different class.
A 1% chance does not guarantee Drone Specialist after 100 attempts. Check the Class List to see the other possible bonuses before spending more Gems.
Do you need the class to get a Drone?
No. You can buy an ordinary Drone beside the haystack, outside the barn, for 40 Gems. Check the price shown at the tool before buying it.
The two 40-Gem purchases have different results. Buying the ordinary tool gives you a Drone; spinning at the Classes station gives you a random class. If Drone Specialist is already active, its Drone access means you do not need that ordinary purchase first. The faster flight, larger capacity and occasional swarm are the class's extra benefits.
